Thus, with the passing of the months and with the encounter with the market requests, also the ideas behind moolidoo are maturing and are continuously refining.<br />
Initially, as you can still read in the post of a few months ago, moolidoo was born with the intention to create an alternative currency (the moo) that companies bought and used to &#8220;thank&#8221; their employees, which, in turn, would use it to thank and reputate each other and finally buy prizes from a catalog.<br />
The ethics and altruism inherent in such a project, aimed to improve living and working conditions of people people, further prevailed.<br />
Now, in fact, moolidoo has completely abandoned the concept of prizes catalog, eliminating the speculative aspect  that manifested in people through the use of their own &#8220;credits&#8221; account, like a savings account, which aims the accumulation of moo for the subsequent acquisition of material goods, which, however, strongly limited the &#8220;freedom&#8221; of thanksgiving.<br />
Today, companies are increasingly attentive to the social, and indeed, often establish a social balance and make donations to Non Profit Associations, so moolidoo fits in precisely at this level. With mooliodoo the companies don&#8217;t donate more directly, but buy the moo, which will be &#8220;loaded&#8221; on the accounts of each employees who, in addition to thank and use it to build a personal curriculum, they will have the honor and responsibility to use them for donation to Non Profit Associations. So, the company discover what is his real ethical conscience, because the donation is no longer a private thing of property or administrators, but it becomes a subject of discussion, work and growth of everyone involved. And in this way, abandoned the materialism, people will have no conditions that can stop them to thank each other, and consequently donate on behalf of the company. This activity sensitize people to a collaborative, human and altruistic culture.</p>

<p>With this model, the seller receives two strong commercial leverages, the first concerning the ethics of his business proposition, the second regarding his personal reputation and of its products.</p>
<p>This is achievable using the moolidoo system of reputation and donation as shown in the figures below.<br />
The seller, for all its commercial offers, declares a percentage of ethical revenue sharing. Moolidoo will convert this percentage into moos that are designed to the buyer, who can give these to a charity association or use these to thank and, therefore, to reputate the seller.</p>

<p>In a variant of this model, the seller has also the possibility to create a bundle of products at advantageous price and set a predetermined amount of charity. If this amount will be achieved the sale of low-priced bundle will be confirmed or will be added a new product to the bundle, because it will be achieved its ethical  and beneficial goal.</p>

<p>We believe that this model, already adopted by some companies, is extremely ethical and offers great benefits to those who take in terms of marketing, showing ethical and human aspects and not just speculative ones of the sales, and more, offering the possibility to customers to express their appreciation.</p>
